"I will no longer take my business local. I purchase a drain pipe and had it cut but didn’t see a sign that I could not return. I even mentioned that if it doesn’t work, I will just return it and neither of 2 ace floor associates who helped me refer to a sign or corrected me that it wouldn’t be refundable before cutting. I’m sure 20 ft. of pipe is returnable."

Later I received a coupon from ace rewards, when I returned to the store to use my rewards for some grill accessories, I was told they would not honor the coupon because I signed up for ace rewards in a different store. I’m kind of upset because I got the reward because I made a big purchase in that particular store."
