"[Nate's] was recommended to me by my trusted mechanic [Bobby's Pit Stop]. I have a VW GTI and my mechanic doesn't have the equipment to test. I had an emergency repair (pulley/belt) to my vehicle and they, [Nate's], were able to accommodate me once they determined they had parking available. Friendly staff, and quick service at reasonable pricing. I was also able to pick up my vehicle after hours, via locked gate and lockbox. Will return for future needs and do highly recommend."

"This is the second time in a month that I had to have my Audi towed to Nate Smith’s. Both experiences were terrific. The first time, I needed a new battery for my 8-year old car. The second time, the car stopped running and was missing some essential bolts under the grill. I did not have to accompany the tow truck and the staff kept me up to date on all progress. Work was done expeditiously and expertly. And great customer service picking me up to get my car. Because both were emergency visits, I was not able to secure a loaner, but that was a minor inconvenience. Highly recommend!!"
