"IDIOTS working here. HORRIBLE customer service. They said my vehicle was ready to go. Upon arrival, my vehicle was inside their garage and blocked by vehicle B with from behind. No tires installed on mine and 2 tires missing on vehicle B. I waited until vehicle B's 2 tires were reinstalled to ask the mechanic to release my vehicle before he started removing the other 2 tires on vehicle B. This mechanic told me to speak to staff inside. When I came out, the mechanic had already removed the other 2 tires and started laughing. I had already waited 30 min for 2 tires to get reinstalled on vehicle B. Now I had to wait another 1.5 HOURS to finally get my vehicle back."

"I've been pretty disillusioned with auto mechanics recently with my old car. However I have to say having Big o tires replace my brakes was amazing. Especially since I didn't even come in for my brakes I thought it was the shocks. But they told me it wasn't the shocks it was the brakes which was cheaper. I was really pleased with how fast they were how nice they were and the work was done really well. I'll just be going back there for everything now."

"I needed 4 Michelin tires for my car and big o tires had good deals on them. I called on Friday and they needed 1 extra day to get the size I needed. Went there on Monday and they replaced the tires within 1 hour. Service was great and quick. In the waiting area they have a couple of bending machines, complementary coffee and water cooler. They have an outdoor area as well. All in all recommended place to get your tires."
