"It’s taco bell. This location has no drive thru and they are often very slow, so I’d consider this a below average location"
"Probably one of the best taco bells I’ve been to. I’ve come to this location a couple times and I enjoy the kiosk option. Tonight an elderly lady stood at the counter and explained that she doesn’t really know how to use the kiosk and one if the workers gladly helped her at the counter. It’s always clean and the workers are always quick with making the food."
"Frequently "forget" to pack items in bag. Triple check before you leave. If you order online it will tell you your orders ready. You'll go into the store and they haven't even started yet. They jump up and scramble their stations to start making it. It's ridiculous"
"Just wanted to leave a 5 star review for the best taco bell this side of the eastern seaboard, I was dashing and left my bag of food on top of the tea soda area when I set my food down, after I forgot it I ran back and the taco bell server was coming out side so she could make sure I got my food to the correct parties, thank you to the girl that served my food and saved my food you rock girly thanks again, taco bell give this girl a promotion She is why I am leaving this 5 star review if your ever around the Castro Valley area go to redwood taco bell you will not be disappointed great service, great food trust me I only go to selected spots that rock your socks off and this is one of my go to places! thanks again for helping me out with my grub taco girly"
