"Employees completely disregard every other customer, but their friends. I had to watch 1 employee chat around with his friend while making his friend's 3 pizzas, which took 15 min. The other employees just chatted amongst each other amd ignored all the customers, which created a long line. I waited in line for this 1 person and I should've left like the other customers. At that time, I was just so hungry because I just finished surgery after having nothing to eat the whole day in preparation for the surgery. I would've had better customer service at any other place nearby. Now I know, to never go to MOD Pizza! Employees just don't care."
