"“Great Find in Castro Valley!” Had an excellent experience at Round Table Pizza in Castro Valley, right across from the Bart station. Ample parking in the back, and don’t be fooled by the front – the entrance is at the back. The staff, even when solo at the front desk, provided fantastic customer service. We opted for a simple large pizza with pepperoni and beef, and it was delicious. Highly recommend this spot for anyone craving good pizza!"

"I recently started getting pizzas from this place. I usually love there pizzas until they serve me this uncooked pizza yesterday, I placed my order at 4:24 and suppose to pick up after 30 mins after, But I reach there at 5 something, and found out that they haven’t started my order yet , I waited another half an hour and this lady who was helping me out, was very rude. She didn’t even said sorry that they were late and blamed machine, Man, I wish I knew her name but she looked Asian with golden hair, She needs to learn hospitality, learn how to treat and talk to costumers specially when you do mistake, and should apologize!! when I let them know about the my raw pizza, first thing she asked was if I wanted my refund, I would have loved to have that same pizza cooked again I understand , I’m chef myself I know sometimes kitchen gets intense but it doesn’t mean that you play with peoples food and their feelings and give them raw food( I saw her pulling out my snow white looking pizza by herself to ruin my day). I think she could learn at least to apologize to people."
