"When I went to Backyard Bayou on Friday, there was free Garlic Noodles served with any bucket purchase. Our family ordered a Bayou Bucket and free Garlic Noodle that were good enough for a family three. Good tastes and portion. Lobster MAC&Cheese is also good."

"The rating is low because of my issue. My first time going there I ordered to go. I asked for a king crab boil with three extra eggs as I was told that it only came with one I also got Crabby fries. When I received my order I realized the bag was light so I asked the guy that took my order like where's the potatoes, shrimp, corn, sausage etc he told me of that comes in a bucket. I told him I was unaware of that most of the places I've been when I order a crab boil everything is included if you want extra you pay for it he says my bad I asked him could I get the rest added in I'll pay the difference he said the kitchen is closed I was the last order of the night. I feel like for a customer like myself coming in spending next to a hundred dollars of my hard earned money on the holiday and leaving a 18% tip that he could have made an effort to accommodate me. I should have asked for a manager but I was in a hurry later I found out that they charged me for three extra eggs and there were only three in the bag if it comes with one and you guys charge me for three and I don't even get the free one it comes with is ridiculous. Good tasting food but the service at that moment wasn't on point. I'm not from California so l like to eat at different places often hopefully something can be done ASAP about this."
