Round Table Pizza

"The manager of this location was hostile to me and made me feel unwelcome, all because I sat down for a few minutes before ordering. It was as though she though I was loitering with no intention of ordering anything. She also communicated very poorly when I asked for a restaurant-provided cup, saying the disposable cups were "all they have", which was not true. She then gave me a cracked cup that leaked and I had to request a new one. I also don't remember the bathroom doors being locked last year, but this time they were. I don't appreciate businesses making people jump through hoops just to meet a basic need."

"We ordered a basic large pizza, but it took an hour for them to prepare it, which was quite frustrating. We even had to call them to remind them about our order. When we asked for an update, they eventually initiated the delivery through DoorDash. It's disappointing that we had to remind them and follow up on our order, emphasizing the need for improved customer service on their end."

"Very bad service I ordered a pizza at 12:30pm and said 20 min to pick up When i get there after 25 min she charged me after charg she said wait to 20 to 30 min more And same excuse someone take worng order"

"I'm a native Californian then moved to the East. The reason why I stayed that it should be common knowledge that the Italians in that region of the United States thrive on making a delicacy of pizza. It's a region where most pizza places have to raise their standards because of the amount of straight competition and the flavor of pizza. In other words they don't play when it comes to Pizza. B&s said I would have to say that Round table is the best representation of a true Pizza. Now that I'm back in California it's nice to see that they kept their standards there for so long."

"I have been a faithful customer of this round table. I ordered a pizza every week for over a decade for delivery. The pizza, staff and especially the delivery people were great. Now, they have fired their delivery drivers and hired door dash, who have apparently taken over this business. Over a week ago I ordered a pizza and was told it would be here in an hour. After an hour and a half I called again and was told it should be here soon. I called two more times and was told the same thing. After over two hours I went outside to find they had just dumped the pizza and left without ringing the doorbell or letting me know they were here. The pizza was cold and had a Bug in it and I had to throw it out. I called and told the so called manager, Alexa, who said she would talk to door dash and have them pay for it. I’m still waiting for my refund 10 days later. My transaction was with round table, not door dash and I expect my $31:66 refunded to me immediately."
