"This is the first time I have eaten lechon belly. I have no idea how it should taste but the skin is crunchy and I like it but kind of burnt. The lechon sauce is bland. Hope they can make the sauce more tasty."

"We were so excited to finally see that this branch has opened as we are big fans of the Suisun restaurant and make the long drive from Oakland to there at least every month! We were however disappointed with the lechon in Hayward, more because it did not seem freshly cooked. The meat was no longer hot and juicy while being chopped. The taste was still the same and the skin was crunchy. However, the enjoyment of eating a freshly cooked meal was something we really missed. The lady at the counter said that the lechon was cooked in house, if that is the case, I suggest they keep it hot and don’t bring it out until ready to serve."

"First ever experience with Lechon, I am now forever hooked on Bai’s food! Amazing and from what I can tell tastes very authentic. Definitely give this place a try if you want a full belly and smiling and friendly service! Will definitely be back! 5/5!"

"Seems like meat was recycled. Hard and burnt skin. This Hayward branch has to reexamine the quality of their cooking. The Suisun branch is far better and bisaya style lechon."
