"I have used this place several times. But this Jan 2024, my online order through five guys website lacked some items delivered. I made a phone call to complaIn then the rep told me I should go there to receive the missing items. No way, I ordered online because I couldn't go there. So I requested to refund instead. The rep told me refunding in few days in my cc. But never happened, they told me a lie. Pretty bad and dishonest. I strongly recommend to go another place."
"Burger was tasty and fresh. Bun was not fresh or soft. Toppings were ok. Cheese was pretty good. $13.94 for a double bacon cheeseburger? Not again. More emplyees than customers. Too many other options to return here."

I ordered the large and got almost as much extra in the bag. *** WARNING...if you are allergic to peanuts do not order them as they are cooked in peanut oil. A little pricey $$$ over 21.00 for drink, fries and burger."
