"Stopped by the shop to inquire about rental bikes for a future Napa trip. No sale was going to be made that day. Everyone there was unfailingly kind and helpful - and real! They were so informative, and cared so much about figuring out which bike my “hard to fit” wife would fit on, that I bought 3 carbon fiber water bottle cages. I haven’t been into Trek since the Lance saga - even tough my first real bike was a Trek 560 (with SunTour BlueLine) - but honestly - the experience from this shop - the kindness and the quality of the work that they obviously do (you can tell) - is making me reconsider my “No Trek” policy. Well done! Looking forward to our December Napa bike trip!"
