"I was in town for a recall at Ford and phone was dying. I found this hardware store and went in looking for cord and battery pack. They sold me one for a Droid but of course there's 2 sizes. This was wrong and package got torn upon opening. The older gentleman was polite and courteous when I came back in looked for another cord to no avail. He promptly refunded me and just wanted to say their help and CUSTOMER SERVICE is top of the line"
"From the store facing front on the main road, it does not look like much of a store. But if you need something, they probably have it. Once you go inside it is a deep store. Where I was once expecting to struggle to find what I need, they had exactly what I wanted. The staff was also helpful in helping me choose between similar items. I have now been there several times and I will continue to go back."
