"Very poor experience. They took forever getting our parts and we had to call back each time - they never followed through. Then, the sent out techs that didn't know what they were doing - we had to call the manufacture to get the correct information and teach the tech how to perform the repair. In the end, they tried charging us for work that they weren't able to complete. If you have a choice (we didn't because they were sent by the factory warranty) - choose a different company!"
"These guys are the BEST!! They told me how to fix my microwave turntable myself AND TWO times even helped me sort through their stash of salvaged motors to find the right replacement and gave it to me free of charge! I completely TRUST them. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!"
