"My issue with Ross the clothes never last long bottom line and their return policy is even if you used your charge card they can look it up they will not it's receipts are nothing. One can get good deals on shoes there. I advise do not to go to Rohnert Park Ross manager is very rude . Deffently don't buy belts"

"Love the pillows, and household stuff. Clothes are not always in my size but have a good selection.. you can usually always find a cute top for under $10. It’s a good Ross..I love that their open late!! Employees are all very competent and friendly.. which is nice these days this is not common unfortunately.. I enjoy shopping here always leave with something which was priced reasonably .. It would be nice if there was more inventory .thanks all Ross employee!"
"A lower end Ross. Seems a bit disorganized and trashy. The decor and bath stuff is good. Clothes... eh. I prefer Marshalls but will come here once in a blue moon as they do have good prices, and I may find one thing of value. Much of the staff are unfriendly and rude."
