"I found these great folks as I had to be towed from Milpitas on a Sunday as I had a flat tire. As the tow truck unloaded my car at NorCal Tires and Wheels, Fremont,the business owner (Able) met me and quickly assessed what needed to happen. He told my what time, on Sunday!, the car would be ready. As the tire was replaced, etc, I was happy with the total repair cost - and the car was ready 30 minutes early. This business is professional, friendly and trustworthy. Well done !"
"Abel took such great care of my car. It’s always nerve wracking going to auto shops alone as a woman but he patches my tire, he even pointed out my brake light was out and helped me change that. He gave me recommendations on when to change my tires and even let me know other details of my car to keep an eye on. I’m feeling very confident in my long drive today now that my car is safe and secure to drive :)"
"Wow!!! I'm at a loss of words, Abel (owner) came through for me today! The tread on my car was at 0 for two tires and the other two at 1. My car was NOT safe to drive and everywhere I called they didn't have my tires in stock. Abel went ABOVE and BEYOND....he ordered the tires and delivered it the SAME DAY!!! I got in at 4pm and out at 5pm!!! I'm truly at awe to know that this high level of service still exists! The service requested to the service completed was a 10 out of 10!! Not to mention, the value of what I paid for today, still better than anything online!!! I highly recommend!!! And it's a small business, they go above and beyond! Also the waiting room is really cute, cozy and they have drinks and snacks! Now I can drive without any stress!!! Y'all saved my life!! Thank you Abel!!!"
