"I placed an order for 2 bathroom faucets. Was told it was a special order because of the finish. That was the middle of July. The 19th of Sept I got 1. Manufacturer said the 2nd one would ship the following day. Didn’t make sense but OK. One week later am told it still hasn’t been received. They were quick to charge my card in July but not so quick on service."
""Hardware" is a little misleading because it's not a hardware store, but it does have the most amazing selection of drawer pulls, door knobs, bathroom fittings and kitchen upgrades. If they don't have it in stock, they have about 1,000 catalogs to order from. Very knowledgeable staff. Don't be shocked if you have an hour wait or more on a Saturday, though, because it's a small place. If you have a picture from a decorating magazine and want to match something in a photo or layout, this is the place to do it."
