"I spent two days visiting cabinet stores on the peninsula, I knew exactly what I wanted, I just needed to find it. Best Buy Cabinets not only had exactly what I was looking for, I was also impressed with their interest in my project, some other shops just pointed ”look over there”. I had a couple shops do renderings and neither layout was an efficient use of space and both had me making compromises. Katerina‘s layout was exceptional, no compromises, better than I even dreamed of. Katerina’s talent in design and space and efficiency is exceptional. Her attention to detail and all those ”little things” you usually don’t think about until it’s over and you regret, she covered and made great suggestions. My cabinets were delivered April 15, 2020 during “Shelter in Place” with no start date in sight. One cabinet had some visible damage, but it was hard to tell if it would be visible once installed. Katerina ordered a replacement that day and told me that she would replace any other cabinet if damaged once we got started, and that wasn’t until mid November. All the other cabinets were fine but I appreciated that she was willing to stand by us for the warranty because of the circumstances. Katerina also recommended a fabricator for my counters that was a pleasure to work with and also did a beautiful job. I love my new kitchen and like I said, I went to a lot of cabinet stores, save your time and just go to Best Buy Cabinets."

"We worked with Katerina Kandelaki for our kitchen remodel. The whole process was very good -- from the initial selection, to design, and installation support. Katerina was patient and highly responsive. She made a great design for our kitchen, discussed all the details, noted a few options where selections could be tricky, and advised where we can save money. The ordering was very smooth and she coordinated everything with our general contractor. There were a few gotchas in the installation (unpredictable due to some appliance surprises) but Katerina worked with our installer to get all of them resolved. So in the end we got exactly the kitchen we wanted."

David was very flexible to work with, took measurements quickly, and ordered our cabinets promptly. They actually arrived earlier than expected. Although he didn't have to do it, he offered to arrange for third party contractors to remove our old cabinets, install the new ones, and to install a stone slab cabinet top. He was attentive in responding to our questions and updating us on the status of delivery and installation dates. The combined cost of the cabinets, slab, and labor were much less than turnkey companies that we investigated. I would certainly endorse using Best Buy for your new cabinets."
