"The absolute best car repair experience I've ever had. The women in the office are exceptionally kind and accommodating. They were able to inspect and diagnose my 2008 Passat 2.0T same day. I came all the way from Fremont due to their excellent reviews and it was 100% worth the drive. I will always bring my car back to these guys. The mechanic showed me where my oil was leaking and explained everything to me. Love, love LOVE these guys!"
"I have been taking my BMW 530i to Jaclyn for the last couple of years and I appreciate their excellent service keeping my car running like new. Their prices are very fair and they have even advised me when I don't need more maintenance than necessary. Her service techs are friendly, easy to talk to and explain everything. Plus they always provide me a nice BMW or Mercedes loaner car which is very handy since I am in sales and on the road a fair amount of time.
