"Complete lack of customer service at this location. The cashier I had was extremely rude and unhelpful. I shopped on 11/22/23. I found a better coupon than the one I had originally had scanned right before paying, and the cashier refused to redo the transaction simply because she didn't feel like it – it wasn't busy and no one else was in line. I used to work in costumer service and I just can't believe people like this are hired. I like the items and selection here, but the lack of customer service is unacceptable."

The cashier was really helpful at getting me to sign up for the rewards program in less than a minute by telling me to text the store code directly.
