"We stayed at the Pacific Beach hotel and this is their restaurant attached to it. We liked the reviews, the Peruvian food, and the fact that it had ocean views, so we tried it. The food was exceptional! There are so many options and if we came here again we would try all new stuff because I don't think we'd be disappointed. The service was just ok, and I guess we should have made reservations to get better ocean view seating."

"3.5 stars! Decent, mostly reasonable, mostly tasty! I’ve lived in Pacifica for 25 years and this spot is one of my go-to’s, however, it’s hit or miss. Sometimes the service is friendly and fun! Sometimes the service sets a bad tone and feels tired. (I get it, restaurant life is tough.) Sometimes the food hits the spot, sometimes it does not. It’s perfect for mid-range dining — casual, pretty good quality, not low-end. The food could be more thoughtful (really?? A fried banana and egg on the regular burger?), but the ceviche is consistently good. My favorite drink is the Point Break — but it can vary in flavor based on whoever is behind the bar. I love this place, I have had good times here, and overall I recommend it. Ask for the patio with the ocean view, ignore that it’s on a relatively noisy highway. But despite this mild review, this is one of Pacifica’s Top 5 eateries."

"This was our first time here and even though they were closing soon, the staff was very welcoming and patient with us. We were able to order drinks and dinner without feeling rushed. The Pisco Sour was perfect. The Pescado A Lo Macho was cooked differently (non-breaded whole fish) than I am used to but it was so delicious I ate every bite. We also tried the Paella. It was good but a much smaller portion than we are used to getting while eating out at a Peruvian restaurant."

"Absolutely love this restaurant! It was my first time having Peruvian food and I will definitely have it again. The ceviche platter was delicious and so were the plantain chips. ( I happen to dislike plantains, but these chips were delicious.) I had the Toro Steak Salad and it was amazing! Finally I finished with the Mango Cheesecake also amazing! The great food plus the gorgeous views really made the whole experience very special. 10/10 would definitely recommend and I would love to go back again and again!"
