"Horrible experience ordering delivery. Took one hour to get a pizza, only to realize we got the wrong order. Called to ask for a remake, and they said it would be 25 minutes. 45 minutes later, still no pizza and the lady working hung up on us. Stay away, don’t waste your money here."

"Very bad experiences the past 3 times I’ve ordered here. First time they made me wait an extra hour because they couldn’t update the tracker. All three times the pizza was not cut properly. This time there was a hair in my pizza. At the location itself, you walk in and don’t even get an acknowledgment. Phone is ringing nonstop, employees don’t care."

"We’ve been waiting for our pizza for over an hour and a half. I called the store multiple times with no answer. I finally got to speak with someone and they said “oh yeah, it’s going to be 40-50 minutes”. Worst pizza experience I’ve ever had. Still waiting for it to show up. Pizza finally showed up after 2.5 hours, cold and stiff. The WORST pizza experience I’ve ever had. I called to complain and got a call center. They transferred me to the store directly and no one would answer or they would pick up and hang up right away. Gustavo finally showed up like it was no big deal and I had already tipped through the app. I will never order from any Domino’s again. Awful service, terrible food quality, poor communication, and no one to talk to directly. Go anywhere else for pizza. This place sucks. Oh, and the cold pizza isn’t ever cut all the way through so it rips in half when you try to grab a slice. Awesome. If I could give negative stars I would. 1 is far too generous."

"Ordered for delivery online. Called the place 2 hours later after no-show and "oh yeah, our driver isn't here until later." Thanks for keeping my hungry family waiting, bro. Dear manager: what a dumb policy. Don't accept delivery orders if you don't deliver. If your driver is gone, call the customer and let them know their food will not arrive. Clowns."
