"Have you ever wanted to visit Argentina and taste their world famous steak? Here is your chance. I am an American that lived in Argentina for a few years and married an Argentine. I've been to many Argentine restaurants in California over the years. This is the only time I've enjoyed cuisine on par with the homeland. The Tira de Asado is like a trip back for us. The decor is distinctly Argentine, and Gonzalo and Leandro bring true Argentine personality and warmth."

"Came here to celebrate a birthday, and left thinking there's a lot that could have been improved. We ordered empanadas, eggplant, beef shank, and the gnocchi. All was a 2.5/5. The -0.5 star is because of their service. Perhaps the food may have tasted better while hot, but we were waiting for our bottle of wine to be opened for over 20 mins before eating. I asked they consider waiving the $25 corkage fee, but it still came on my bill. The waitress shuffled me to the owner and he graciously understood and waived the fee. I saw another table had a birthday cake and candle and asked what it would take for us to have one. Most restaurants have a dessert menu and put a candle for free. Over here, I was not offered any dessert... and they charged $10 for a tiny cake and a candle - not itemized, just tacked on the bottom. Honestly felt like they were adding a fee to recuperate the waived corkage fee... For all the reviews I read, I had higher expectations. We came in hoping for a wonderful birthday dinner... this restaurant is less of a special occasion dinner and more casual / happy hour vibe. They also offer a $5 wine menu, but it's not an exceptional selection. If you're in the area and craving Argentine food, this fits your need. Would suggest elsewhere for a romantic dinner / date night."

"Little spot on boardwalk with in and out seating. Modest variety menu, some choices were better than others. The meat dishes were good, anything with gnocchi was not good. Only 2 out of our 6 menu choices were well prepared imo. Service was friendly but slow."

"Amazing food, service and everything! The portions we’re very nice and the 14oz steaks more than enough for two people to share! (I would recommend adding the rosemary fries too) Very good wine selection with both local wines and wines from Argentina."
