"I called today and talked to Cliff because I’ve been getting the runaround with a difficult stove situation for about two months. Cliff took the time to listen to me and hear me out about my problem and even allowed me to send pictures so he could have the tools to properly assess the situation and then proceeded to tell me exactly what I need and that it can be done and how to do it and that he had the parts in stock for me. He went above and beyond and showed so much kindness and knowledge. When I was feeling rather hopeless about ever getting this stove hooked up he made me see the light at the end of the tunnel and I’m truly grateful. I will forever use and recommend Warming Trends for any fireplace or stove installations because of my experience today! We need more humans like Cliff!"

"This comment has to do only with customer service, as I have not yet ordered any product. Had to say, though, when I do order it will be from Warming Trends. The second I walked in the door, Kyle greeted me warmly and totally authentically. He showed my various options, was as informative about lower cost products as about the high end, and in every way made me feel confident that I would be properly taken care of. I did stop at another fireplace store not far away, in the interest of due diligence. There, a guy left me waiting, telling stories and complaining about current building codes to another customer, though he clearly saw I needed assistance. Evaded my direct questions and never did seem to take much interest in my unique situation."

Technology has come along way in this field. I found out you can burn wood cleanly or even go to gas. The representative was very knowledgeable and patient. It was an education and I was impressed and have alot to think about. They do there own installation and offer high quality products."

"Warming Trends installed a new Vermont Castings free standing fireplace heater in our cabin in Guerneville, CA. I didn't know what to expect and to be honest, the work of most installers doesn't meet my high standards of quality and I end up redoing their work after they leave. As a result, I usually do my own installations. I happy to report that the two installers with Warming Trends met my standards and were great to work with. Both gentlemen were polite, friendly and knowledgeable. The showed up on time and went right to work. The placed drop cloths on the carpet and were very clean. When they left, you would never have known they just installed the unit. The cabin was clean and the heater really looked like it belonged there. The chimney work looks great.
