"The taste of the food is really important to me. I really didn't like my dish but that's because I don't like lomo saltado. That being said, I had lots of different appetizers as well as the fried ice cream and they were all mid. My friend said her dish was also nothing to write home about. So that with how expensive it is, I'll go elsewhere. Our server was awesome though, very nice and hardworking."
"The most delicious fried ice cream with cinnamon and sugar edible bowls. Special thanks to the wonderful team that spoiled my daughter with her dessert. Must try the fried ice cream when shopping in downtown Santa Rosa."

"La Rosa's warm, friendly atmosphere greeted us on a rainy night and nicely spiced, flavorful food warmed us inside. Most of the parking is metered and there might be a short walk for you but the food is worth it. We had Brussel sprouts and carnitas chimichanga, both delicious and generous portions. We also tried coconut flan with pineapple. Yum. Prices were reasonable. It was busy and family friendly so a little noisy. I'd go back!"
"Fantastic restaurant! Lots of staff and was very busy. The food portions were very generous and delicious! Great service and the turnover seemed fast! We were in the area visiting from Vancouver, Canada. I highly recommend this place! We'd definitely go back if we visit again."
