"It is always delicious and fresh and the customer service is excellent and here is the best thing about In-N-Out. It hasn't skyrocketed in price. They went up a little bit but it is still affordable and I thank them for that."
"Sometimes I wish they would jump on wiping the tables faster when someone leaves. There is often a person doing this, but sometimes not. Restrooms are usually nice and clean unless it's super busy. Their parking lot leaves something ro be desired. Often the drive thru line is long and you can't get in or out of the spaces. That's why so many experienced people just park across the street."
"We don't have In-N-Out Burger where I live now, so I get one whenever I can. They're 5 stars because for a fast food burger, they're one of the best. They have someone outside taking orders to expedite the process. The staff is always friendly. The lettuce is always crisp and the tomatoes are always fresh and juicy. The beef patties are a great grind, and if you want to up the flavor, order it animal style. The potatoes are fresh cut and the shakes are so thick you'll probably have to let them melt a little before you can get them through the straw."
"Never had a bad experience here. The food is fresh and the staff is friendly. This particular location has a full time dining room person - Dave - who goes out of his way to make sure you have a great experience. The only downside is the parking, which can be stressful during busy hours; it seems that all In-N-Out burgers have the smallest parking lots."
