"We live in the area and have been here a number of times. It already wasn't our go to but we were close and hungry. We've never received service quite so subpar as last night. My wife and I both worked in the food service industry in our youth and are familiar with the fast pace environment restaurant staff navigate. Though we dealt with pure confusion yesterday. Wrong drinks, that we were charged for, wrong type of meat on 2 plates and the appetizer came after the main dishes. It was almost impossible to get a refill of the correct drink, a spoon for my daughter and the bill. It also sounded like someone was destroying the kitchen when they were singing happy Birthday to a patron. The constant noise must have been preventing them from hearing. I can comfortably say we won't be coming back. There's way too many authentic options in Sonoma County to settle for a place that isn't even better than Chevy's."
"The food was amazing. The service wasn’t good at all. We got two burritos and they decided to add a 18% service charge as gratuity. I’m assuming this is A new thing that they’re doing I’ve eaten here over a dozen times and they never have done that so this will be my last time going into there beware any meal you order it will be added 18% on top of that"
"Dinner was delish. Our service was ok. We came just before the dinner rush. As soon as we got our food, they moved our server to a different section in the dinning room and she got really busy we had to ask another server for our check. She came buy and apologized for not being able to service us better. They filled her station and she was busy. She's a great server she waited on us a few times and remembered us. Still gave her a 20% tip."
"This is bar none one of the best Mexican restaurants in Sonoma County. The space is very clean and nicely decorated. The staff is very efficient and friendly. The portions are extremely generous. The menu is extensive with pricing pretty on par with other places. They do add 20% service charge for parties of six and above. They also do birthday celebrations with a treat and happy birthday song."
"Another delicious dinner at Mi Pueblo. It's now our favorite Mexican restaurant in Cotati. Our favorites are the enchiladas and the Apache Salad. Highly Recommended."
