"I went through the drive through used my cc but some manager told me my cc was declined and sent me on my way yet when I called my bank right after they said the charge went through and it showed on my account. The Manger in Cotati Burgdr King didn't give me my food but charged my cc and sent me away is the worst kind of people. You should fire some people BK!"
"The food is made quickly and very good. I come a few times a month. Sometimes I will order their family deals when I am too lazy to make dinner at home, they are not too expensive."
"Good was fresh but terrible customer service. They take your order more forcibly than willingly. They told me they charge a dollar for each ranch I asked although we were 6 people eating in. I was not going to pay $6 for ranch. The service is terrible and never will I go back to this BK. Everyone is rude and always frowning. Get a job where you dont have to look at people if you dont like customer service."
