"On Tuesday, February 27th, I visited Store Location for coffee. I was assisted by a blonde employee whose name I regrettably did not obtain, but her service was exceptional. She was incredibly kind, and I truly appreciate all the assistance she provided during my visit."
"I am extremely disappointed with the service provided here. The employees seemed like they didn't care at all as if they were just there for their pay checks. I ordered 2 Caramel Brulee Lattes, one was made right and the other just tasted like plain coffee with milk. Not a first good impression, I am surely never coming back."
