"I was just here today. I bought a cup and asked them that i want to put my caramel macchiato in the cup. They literally put the coffee there without even washing them. Other Starbucks locations doesnt do this! They wash them first!"

"This was a truly disappointing experience. I walked in & my order was taken right away I paid $15.36 cash for an order of 2 coffees, a cake pop, and a string cheese. After waiting 20 minutes for my drink, I checked in and asked for a status. They said didn’t have my drinks or food on order. She went looking through all the tickets- still couldn’t find it. I was done waiting at this point and asked for a refund. When as the register & after telling the manager what I had he proceeded to refund me $10.35 and said he’d give me a free drink card to make up the $15.36. I refused and said I wanted the full refund amount I paid cash. I don’t know what is going on here but it was very sketchy. Also, this whole time the coffee bar was backed up the manager didn’t even attempt to help them. He just was on his tablet doing who knows what."

"Stopped here to order and pick up a mocha. Mocha tasted great. Service was fine. The location of the entrance Starbuck is right at the busy intersection which somehow seemed like very easy to miss if you are new to this spot and not slow enough."
