"Great boba shop and probably in my top 3 for the whole Bay Area! We had the organic jasmine milk tea which was great. The boba was just the right sweetness and texture. We also got the strawberry match latte which was very good! Real strawberries too! The popcorn chicken was also very good! One down side is the price, it is on the higher side"

"Great cozy corner for 2 or 3 ppl to hide out. There are outdoor sittings and parking at the back of this little house. Brown sugar boba black milk tea tastes perfect - just-right sweetness even without sugar and ice adjustment. Boba is at perfect chewiness too! I will come back for more. We also ordered sesame egg puff - tasty!"

"Super cute spot, service was excellent. Friend wanted me to try her favorite tea spot after hitting up the pumpkin patch and this perfect. I ended up ordering the Black Sesame Egg Waffle with Strawberry Ice Cream and loved it. The extra cookies and fruit loops are super sweet so after the picture I removed them but it's a treat for the eyes as well as your stomach. Definitely recommend, some additional parking the back Update 4/4/22. No indoor dining but tables out front and out back. Didn't notice menu changes. Tried the peach tea with rainbow jelly very good"

"Place is cute. Bubble waffles are more mochi-ish than other places. Red bean one was very good. Ordered salted cream cheese foam oolong and the tea was so very strong! Mango smoothie was just ok."

"This establishment is tucked away and if you’re not paying attention, you may miss it like I did the first time. It has a parking lot in the back, but the entrance is not big. It’s a quaint little house with front and back doors. This place may have “tea” in its name, but what’s often overlooked and under appreciated are the hand made pastries. My wife makes similar pastries so I have an idea of how much effort it takes to make them. My favorite ones are the purple yam mochi and the salted egg yolk. If you’re only here for tea, then you’re missing out on what’s truly unique about this place. Don’t tell my wife, but I think this place makes better pastries (shhhhh…). The teas here aren’t shabby either. I’ve always complained about milk tea places with weak teas. This place has very strong teas. They differentiate themselves by providing premium teas with a strong flavor. I got a premium oolong milk tea and the tea definitely shined through. Can’t believe I forgot to add bobas. What a rookie mistake lol The owner Fiony told us that she just added a new fence to make the place stand out more. I like it - a cozy feeling. Love to support mom and pop shops like this. Certainly will be back!"
