"This place has screwed up every order I've ever put in. From saying no pickles and receiving extra pickles to asking for cheese and they're being nothing on my burger except for meat and the bun. The recent upgrades to the building allow you now to park after you get your food but the people and management their scowl at you every time you bring in an order saying hey you screwed it up."
"Always check your orders here before you leave. 8/10 times they get your order incorrect. Last time, I got 4 piece nugget happy meal instead of 6 piece. I live close by so I really don't have a choice but to go here. Only thing I like is that they serve chicken nuggets for breakfast if you are willing to wait 10 mins. Workers need better training. Ice cream cones look ugly like they have to be served with a cup. Do not come here if you have a choice. Fries are always cold."
"The management of this place needs serious improvement. EVERY SINGLE TIME I go here they make me park in their stupid numbered spaces and wait for food. Mind you.. these orders are for like 1-2 people. I’ve served fast food and seen McDonald’s pumping up to hundreds of people per hour and this place can’t even take care of 2 orders back to back. I don’t know if they are just trying to get their steps in or make their “numbers” look good for drive through and the franchise owner"
"Both me and my wife had so many eggshells in our McMuffins that we threw them away. Somehow the eggshells weren’t even in the egg, they were between the sausage and the bun. This is a serious health hazard, putting raw eggshells in our sandwiches is not safe food handling and this place should be shut down. Now me and my wife don’t get breakfast cuz we don’t have time before work to go back. Y’all owe us some money. Truly shameful."
