"I just moved to Santa Clara across the street from the Mall. The Capital One Cafe Verve Coffee Roasters is very cool. It has lovely large sitting areas, in the front and inside. You can easily bring your laptop and charge your phone too. There is a Help Desk for Capital One too. Large selection of coffees and breakfast pastries. A lovely atmosphere to enjoy and rest before, during or after your mall discovery. Just sitting a little bit to relax is fun!"

"Went to Capital One to get some coffee and food. The cashier was very friendly and took my order. Waited for awhile, but started to notice that other customers were being served before me once they paid. I had followed up with my order and the brunette girl was quite rude informing me there are quite more orders ahead of mine. I only asked to follow up and why mine was taking awhile. If I hasn't said anything it wouldn't of been made. I ordered the flat pesto bread and oh boy was it cold. I thought that maybe getting a cup of coffee and food would be different from when they had Peet's back then. But the vibe is still the same. Rude customer service and quite slow with orders"

"I came over to this coffee shop because I’m a capital one member and I wanted to get some coffee since they offer half price for capital one members. I was surprised to see that they no longer offer Peet’s coffee and they no longer offer frappe’s. I was somewhat greeted by a cashier named Stephanie who turned out to be very rude in my opinion. She didn’t feel like recommending anything and only seemed very rude stating that I needed to read the menu to find out what they offer since they didn’t have frappe’s. Stephanie definitely had a bad attitude. I walked away after no longer wanting to be helped by her only to find out she immediately left on her break and was now in line to order her own coffee. I proceeded to get back in line to be helped by the next cashier instead who was really friendly and nice but I didn’t catch his name. I ended up ordering an iced mocha and Bella was the gal that made my drink and she was very friendly as well. Fair warning the menu has changed. They don’t offer Peet’s coffee and I’ve posted an image of there new menu. It only takes one rude person to put a bad taste in my mouth and that is reflected in the stars I gave for this cafe."

"Right in the middle of the mall right by the Macy's Mens+Home+Furniture entrance. The location on Google maps is wrong (it caused an argument in our family!) Crowded, noisy, but it has the mall atmosphere if that's what you are after. Peets coffee doesn't disappoint and getting 50% off with any Capital one card is a good bonus. You'll pay for parking if you stay longer than 2 hours."

"Interesting concept, still not sure what to think about the whole experience. They pay interest on their checking accounts and there's no monthly fee making them light years better than a bank and very close to a credit union. Physical space was hip, inviting, had a good vibe... Ordered a mocha and talked banking with the reps. Reps were very young, one was very uniformed and could not understand him, other young lady was reasonably well versed and understood their product."
