"The service is very slow as me and my wife came while there were already eight customers ahead of me while three employees took twenty five minutes to process my order. They definitely need more employees."
"Holy moly. When I asked why the app wasn’t working the lady said they were too busy in the morning and had to shut it off. That’s okay! But then we were in there watching the baristas and wow! I don’t think the problem was that they were too busy. I think it’s that they have no hustle whatsoever. I can tell it’s not ran well. It’s the dirtiest coffee shop I’ve ever been to. I get that they got slammed earlier in the morning, but literally nothing was cleaned! The floor was disgusting, there was coffee spilled all over the walls, lid holders were dusty (ew, food surface), nothing was stocked. A hot mess"
