"I was excited to try this place given the reviews but if your standard is third wave coffee or even Starbucks, you’re going to be disappointed. The latte love vanilla and caramel coffees both taste like gas station coffee with nestle creamer. If that’s your jam, then by all means you might enjoy it here. The panini was just two slices of turkey mashed between 100% whole wheat wonder bread style bread. And I’d bet money that the breakfast croissant is just a jimmy dean breakfast sandwich put in a panini press. In whole, the order was worth about $10 rather than the $25 we paid. It was also freezing in there, colder than it was outside. The only plus was the service was very good. Both the cashier and barista were kind and attentive. I think the issue is just the quality of ingredients they have to work with, not their execution necessarily."
"Food was tasty, just maybe a little small for the price (tuna melt and turkey pesto both). Otherwise, the drinks were wonderful and the atmosphere was great! Will be happy to come back through again!"
"I went here today because my lunch meeting partner suggested it. I had a cafe mocha and he had a juice drink while we split a delicious macadamia nut cookie. I found the place to be just perfect for me, not cramped but not huge. Both indoor and outdoor seating very basic but very clean and well-arranged. The two staff taking and completing orders were friendly, efficient, and considerate (for example, asking me if I want whipped cream which I never do but often forget to ask not to have). The music is pleasant and at a low volume so conversations are easy. People steadily came in and out to get to-go orders with no queue developing while we were there (roughly 2-4pm) and I felt service was pretty fast. The place also clearly has some level of commitment to health and sustainability, and that's always a plus for me compared to massive corporate offerings. I've finally got a new place to go besides Panera Bread!"

"Great place offering quality coffee, we tried their Italian cappuccino and cubano cappuccino and loved it, both tasted extremely rich in flavors. They have both indoor and outdoor seating available along with wifi access for guests. If you are visiting Hayward, do try their coffee, I recommend this place."
