"This place has bad service every time I go. Somethings missing out of my order.They forgot to get my fries on my order this time. then I open my apple pie and the case it’s in is all smeared with purple filling, again Apple pie has no purple filling on them!!!"
"Every time I come to get a coffee it’s always cold. It’s 743pm now and I got a coffee and it’s cold. I’ve been super nice and patient and it’s always such a big deal when I ask for a new coffee. Yesterday I waited 20 minutes for a coffee that wasn’t cold and they weren’t busy and I was nice and told them I’m patient and can wait, but 20 minutes for a single cup of coffee!? come on. This is ridiculous. I don’t know a single person who wants cold coffee and it only takes a few minutes to make a fresh pot. It’s also not hard to be polite."
"Waited 20 minutes after i got parked in the drivethrough and my single Spicy McChicken and one drink never came. Had to leave to go to work after that and no one answered the phone to figure out a refund. Food is really good here but no one ever greets you at the drivethrough window. You either get your food or sit there wondering what's going on for several minutes"
"The only thing worse than waiting (literally) 15 minutes for your drive-thru order is getting home and finding BOTH of your McRib sandwiches have ZERO pickles, ZERO onions, and ZERO sauce. It's nothing but bread and rib-meat. When asked what, exactly, was the issue with my order that caused such a delay, I was told they don't have enough staff."
"They only have one good employee so better hope you like breakfast in order to get your food correct. I would give them 0 stars but that's not an option. Ordered unsweetened Iced Tea, was give sweet twice. Ordered coffee at several times of day and it was burnt, took forever to get and was acted like I was inconveniencing them by ordering. Bathrooms were terrible when they opened, and you have to get a code to use them. Literally a stack of napkins for toilet paper. And there's ALWAYS the possibility the lobby will just be locked for no apparent reason. Like at 8am when the lobby says it opens at 6. Will NEVER spend another dollar at this location. Drive 5 minutes to White City and get a friendly face, fast service, correct orders, and Fresh coffee."
