"First off, we ordered our drinks and they charged us for an extra one we didn't order. The Sugar Mama we ordered had literal sugar granuals in the bottom of it when I've never had it made like that. The girl who gave us our drinks didn't even know which coffee was which. I also ordered a decaf coffee that tasted like water. It was disgusting. I have had 2 good decaf drinks out of the 10 times I've bought them. I am tired of wasting our hard earned money on drinks that just go in the garbage because they are that bad. Will not be going back."
"Why do they bother to ask what you want just to give you what they decide ? Husband had ordered a white coffee. They said no problem . After they excepted $$ & given change , we were told they don't have white coffee. I had ordered an iced chai . Pretty sure we both received chocolate milk ."

"Walked over from a nearby hotel for a morning caffeine rush. Delightful staff assisted with drink decisions and had helpful suggestions. Very conveniently located if you want to park and walk up or drive through located on the right side. All drinks ordered were made quickly and were delicious. An overall wonderful experience."
