"Took my truck in to get my transmission replaced. I posted on social media asking for recommendations and he said he was available immediately. I was desperate given I am a single mom, and even went against my friends who advised not to do business with Cory. My truck was in the shop far longer than promised, and Cory charged me over $2k for a used transmission. His reason was that he had to make sure everything worked before the job was considered done. Once I finally got my truck back, the speedometer and odometer didn’t even work, and the engine turns over anytime I try to start it. He told me to just follow the speed of other cars driving instead of fixing it (mind you I have a child and not knowing the mileage on the car to change the oil risks the engine blowing out.) He said the parts are covered by a 30 day warranty but also says he’s going to charge me for the repairs, and that the issues were most likely pre-existing when they definitely were not. I have yet to take it back and at this point have no choice but to sell my truck as a mechanics special since I won’t be able to afford the unnecessary repairs. I did not feel respected and felt taken advantage of. I will not be taking my business to Cory again."

"I can compare them to Nissan dealer. Their price is same. (going rate). However Rock Solid can actually work with you on scheduling faster and better. Ive had my truck in that shop 3 times and will absolutely be a return customer. They don't have the corporate policy and can actually get more done in a time frame that isn't so strict. I appreciate the pertinence and expertise to laser-beam problems fast and efficient. Yes its expensive but worth every penny for me as a busy professional."
