"This place has the worst owner I've ever met. Yells over the phone at employees. You can't miss a day now matter what the family emergency is unless you find your own replacement. Doesn't keep the mandatory cleaning supplies for his workers to make it safe on customers. This dude is all about what goes into his pocket an screws everybody else employees and customers."

"The girl who cut my hair did a fantastic job! I am glad I checked in online, as I did not have to wait over an hour to get my hair cut. However, the check-in, **estimated** wait time needs to be adjusted. I ended up waiting for roughly 30 minutes at the store, after checking in. My wait time was "25 minutes", but ended up being a total of 45 minutes. Highly dissatisfied with the wait time estimate."

"The service at the Oak Ridge Sport Clips was excellent. I had never used the Sport Clips app and wasn't aware of the "check in" feature before I arrived, but the stylists immediately offered to help and walked me through the process of joining the queue. Without knowing any of the stylists, I chose the "first available" option and after a short wait (no more than 10-15 minutes because the chairs were full), I was called up to a chair by Emory. She did a great job of understanding what I had in mind, even though I could only vaguely describe what I wanted. Fortunately, she was easily able to in the blanks for me. Not only did the end result look better than I had imagined, but the process of getting it was also enjoyable and relaxing. I'll definitely be returning as soon as it's time for a trim."
