"Just wanted to ask a question today when I walked in your business. There were three stylist doing hair and not a single smile from anyone. I immediately felt like I was intruding. I stumbled on my words when I said I wanted to ask question, but you said you couldn’t come to me because you were doing a customer, but I could come over to you and ask my questions. I felt very uncomfortable and unwanted. I just walked out. Today was a day that a needed someone to care. I saw a Welcome sign in the doorway, there was absolutely no WELCOME. I am sure you are good to your regulars, but you might want to work on being kind to possible new clients. Maybe your business is so successful that you don’t need more customers."

"We’ve been going here for years. My whole family and I went to the same salon! But, as they have gotten more busy, they have gotten more spiteful about it too. My mom had an appointment for a Friday, but couldn’t make it. She asked if my sister could take the spot instead and said no, because she has “other people who have been waiting for her” when really my mom still had the appointment slot and can really do whatever with it.
