"Worst experience I have ever had getting my hair cut. I understand this isn’t a top tier salon but the whole experience was outrageous. I have very long, thick hair and was wanting a trim and to take some weight out with layers. The associate (Abigail?) asked what I wanted and just started cutting. The whole cut took like 10 minutes. She didn’t wet my hair at all, just pulled through and it when I asked if we could take more weight out, she just said that my ends would look scraggly. I have a TON of hair and there was nothing more we could do? She was rude to me, rude to her colleagues and I felt like I was rushed because a “super shaver” walked in right behind me. Either that or she just didn’t want to deal with a long cut. My husband goes here frequently and we’ve brought my son as well but we will be finding somewhere new after this."
