"This place isn't worthy of 1 star. My husband & son went to get their hair cut & they BUTCHERED their hair. I am fuming at the moment. I called to see what could be done & the woman I spoke with said they could fix it. WHY would I take them back for them to mess them up even more?! I told the "hair stylist" how she messed up & she asked me if "I was a hairstylist", I said no but apparently anyone else could do a better job than she did. I told her they needed to get hairstylists who actually know what they're doing. She obviously didn't care because it's not her kid looking bad now. Please do NOT come to this place & waste your money. See pictures, SHE SAID THIS WAS WHAT WAS ASKED FOR! & forget about a refund, because "corporates policy" says no refunds."
