"Not one person in SC is certified to cut hair. I go here regularly, expecting them to be better than the time before, but it seems to get worse. i show, whoever is cutting my hair, a clear picture of what i want, and i communicate the details of the haircut, and any changes if needed. and each time, without fail, they seem to get as far away from the cut as possible. if you’re reading this, DO NOT GO TO SPORTS CLIPS!!!"

"I don’t get my haircut but a couple times a year, but when I do I like to come here for the great atmosphere. I checked in online, but I accidentally chose the wrong stylist since I’m not good with names. My Rec arrival time was 10:14 and wasn’t called until 10:40. That’s when I found out I chose the wrong stylist. I was told to wait another 30 min for the correct stylist i wanted. 30 minutes past and the manager, Samantha, told me I’d have to wait again but for a long time and there wasn’t any other options. Which would enrage anyone after they’ve waited an hour past their Rec arrival time. The manager failed to do her part and didn’t offer any better resolutions. Poor management"

"Yeong Mi is very good. For decades, I've been shaving my own head because I am bald, and it looks better. But I decided to grow out what hair I have, and she made it look good. So good that I am not self-conscious and I don't have to wear my ball cap. Also, the good ahead of me had a full head of hair and a very full mustache and beard. She did a great job on him. The place is way too small. So 3 instead of 5."
