"Called and spoke with Adam, We had ask about a used 2022 Grey Wolf and decided that was the camper we wanted. He told us that he would take it off the website as “sold” and that we could call the following day and pay down on it (this happened near closing time)He had called us right as he was leaving work to tell us about a brand new Grey Wolf and said for me to go check it out. ( In case we wanted to get the new one instead since it has a warranty) We get a call the next day, from him and some other guy and they were trying to push the brand new one on us, we told them that we wanted the used one because we didn’t want to over extend ourselves with higher payments and immediately they said that it had been sold, that all the used ones had been sold. He said “I think you should reconsider”. My husband and I had already considered and we chose the ones were the payments best suit us. We looked on their website and there are still plenty of used ones on there including the ones that we were interested (we had told those had been sold as well)"
"We chose Garland RV because of their amazing reviews and they lived up to those reviews 100%. Sometimes as a woman shopping for a big ticket item sales people can be patronizing. However, at Garland they were kind, helpful and treated us with respect. It was a great experience from beginning to end. Our sales person, Jimmy, took time to ask in depth questions about what we were looking for and about our needs. He showed us five different models and took time to explain each one’s features. In the end we found a great new RV that we loved and made the purchase. Then they got us a great financing deal. After I got home I looked on another dealers page in Nashville and found the exact same model and layout RV on their page. It was priced literally $7000 more than what we bought it for at Garland. Yup we drove an hour to get there but it was worth every bit of that drive."
