"I was in search of a spring/summer hat for several upcoming events in Memphis and found this business through a Google search. I wanted to make a purchase but when I entered the store, an older man seemed to be too busy to assist me, unlike any other retail store I had visited, let alone a hat store. I tried on several hats at my own offering. There was a young man in the store that did assist in retrieving the hat that I desired. But, there was a feeling in the store, coming from the older man that I don’t really care to serve you today. This person has a long way to learn what customer service means, especially in a unique market like hats. I hope this message serves notice that everyone’s money is valuable. I am totally disappointed with the LEVEL of service, and will simply buy online. I plan on supporting local businesses, but the nonchalant attitude of the older man in the store really turned me off. If you have an immediate need, perhaps this store meets your needs, but if you need real customer service to meet your needs as far as your wardrobe, do not expect anything here that helps you...by the way, the comment was made about the store being busy...not...I was the only customer in the store, and was the only one when I left. smh...to respond to comments is one thing; to change the way you cater to customers is another."

"The gentleman who met me in the store was rude and arrogant. I went in by recommendation of a friend. I struggle to find hats that fit. I found two newsie caps while on vacation in New Orleans. The guy asked what I needed help with and when I stated that I wanted to try some on, he seemed annoyed. I am not sure if it was my attire or what. I was fully prepared to purchase. Had I not been persistent, I would not have found anything. The guys tune changed when I stated I wanted to buy a specific hat and laid down over $100. I will not go back. I will simply start ordering online from the store in New Orleans."

"Great store, friendly service, prices are very reasonable, they were just as helpful showing me $20 panamas as they were the pricier items. Very good quality hats. I will be back, as soon as i can. Much better than i thought it would be, selection and prices. I mentioned my budget, and they weren't snobs at all about it. Very classy."
