"Very good place and the service was really nice. Personally though for me there is more bread than I like for the price. $14 for a 12 in usually get a lot not meat vs bread. The bread was delicious just a larger portion of the sandwich. They also have a very sweet oil and vinegar topping that I'm not a fan of. These are just my preferences though. If you like these features you'll love firehouse"

"Enjoyed a sub from this location 3 times in the last 2 weeks. Twice in person, once delivery. In person, the employees seemed more interested in their conversations about new owners and misc than communicating with the customer. They took the order, but no connection. Felt more like I was interrupting them. But other than that, the food was spot on and the prep person was more on point than the cashier. I made mention that I would love to order delivery but they don't have the option to add Capt Sorenson sauce to the order so I didn't do it. They mentioned, just call after the order is placed and we'll put it in the bag. So I did, but alas, no sauce with the delivered order. But because the engineer and spicy Cajun chicken subs are so good, I will return."

"I did an online order for a coupon and I had to buy an item to get a sandwich. I went in and picked up my order, I forgot to see if the other item (Brownie) was in there. I got home and it was missing. I called and explained and just asked "Hey if you refund it that would be fine". Will decided to fight till the death with me until I hung up the phone. I called firehouse corporate and they got it solved instantly. I called Will back telling him he was unprofessional and he tried to defend himself again. Screw you Will, I'm sorry but that's just unprofessional. You can offer up anything other than me driving there for 10 minutes and then 10 minutes back all for $1.85."

"I applaud Kirsten, Mary and Will from this Firehouse sub at Emory, who exemplified true customer service. Not only did they serve delicious food but they also were very trustworthy. My mother in law left her purse but they kept it safe till I was able to pick it up. Thankful for their honesty and kind heartedness! I hope their bosses take good care of them. They are assets to this establishment. Again, thank you, Kirsten, Mary and Will! God bless you!"

"I am new to Firehouse Subs; a very enjoyable experience. This location is very close to our new house in Powell, a wonderful place to live. Mary took my order and Bean made my delicious Tuna sandwich. Mary it's a good server, very attentive and polite. Bean also was very nice; and this place was busy while I was there. I bought a bucket for $3 as the funds go to help first responders (Firemen). When I was young I considered being a Fireman but I am very near sighted. The interior is fun; a great presentation for a sandwich shop. I think kids and adults will love Firehouse Subs. By: cmilton111 Google Guide 250,000,000 views on my Google Maps photos 5.23.2020"
