"For the price, it's really decent. I didn't like how the chicken was almost "soft" but otherwise it was good."

"Have experienced friendly, patient, and welcoming service here, as well as fresh food. Current favorite are the chicken finger meal, large enough or my wife and I to share. A generous amount of food for the money. The chicken has always been delivered hot, crispy, and fresh. All employees that I've encountered are polite, helpful, and the restaurant seems clean. Recommended!"

"Tried their chicken Philly sandwich that had been advertised on the radio. First of all it was drowning in the garlic aïoli sauce. I’m not sure why they thought they needed to put it on so much. It was literally pooled in the container and it made the bread so soggy it was like mush. They sauce just tasted like hot mayonnaise. I got the grilled chicken version and the chicken tasted like a dirty sponge. It perplexes me how that a chicken-only establishment has the cheapest, lowest quality tasting chicken available. With the soggy fries, the meal was complete. I’m not sure how Zaxby’s stays in business considering that there are other fast food chicken places that are 100 times better."

"We dined in here at Zaxby's. Rating in comparison to other fast food. Zaxby's is a great little location. The interior of the restaurant was clearly defined as to which booths were open and which booths were closed. They also had a table dedicated for Uber eats and other delivery folks. The food was certainly good and whoever helped us at checkout was great as well offering insight since it was our first time there. I love the multi-select soda machine inside as it lets you select a huge variety of soda that tastes great! Only feedback was that the sauces didn't come with fries and we had to purchase them separately. Napkins and ketchup were of request only as well. I'm thinking this is covid-19 precautions, so I wouldn't put too much weight into this point."
