"Waited 35 mins for a cold kids meal. Only 2 other cars here the whole time. Then got an attitude when I asked how my son's food wasn't fresh when it took so long. I would avoid this just like ever other place in mt juliet. All the restaurants here are basically ran like trash"
"Had an hour work break, decided to stop really quickly. Only ordered a burger, mozzarella sticks, and two drinks. Ordered around 3:10-3:15. Waited until around 3:40. Pressed the button again to request for a refund. Waited another 10 minutes before having to physically walk up to door and request for one. I’ve worked fast food, I know how it is being understaffed, but at least let the customers know, “hey just a heads up we are understaffed so it may take a bit longer.” If I had known I simply wouldn’t have waited my entire break at sonic."
"Asked for BLT, no mayo. Got raw bacon with mayo. They refixed it. No mayo. Raw bacon again. Worst Sonic I have ever been to. Picture of both sandwiches."
"We were at the south mt juliet rd a couple months ago and I wrote a bad review then I was sent am email to give them another try. I went today ordered 2 blast 1 oreo and 1 reeses. Went through drive through at approximately 4 15 pm. Waited 10 minutes for them to answer intercom them waited another 10 minutes for them to get our money and gave us our blast they were just ice cream. We asked about it and she took them back she spread a little oreo on top of 1 of them and put heath on the other one. Then when we started eating them there were other stuff in the blast too. Not sure what. Could not eat them. So we wasted 10 dollars again. We are done with sonic in mt juliet. Also they did not give us the ticket for what we paid."
"God awful. Every time it’s the worst service. We waited 20 minutes for our food and there was no line. Then they gave us the entire wrong order. We ordered a supersonic bacon cheeseburger and they gave us a regular cheeseburger, we ordered a unsweet tea and they gave us a sweet tea, and we ordered pretzel twists and they didn’t give us the cheese that comes with it. Additionally they didn’t give us our receipt so I can’t submit anything to get my money back since we didn’t eat any of the food. Don’t ever go here should be shut down"
