"If you’re looking for that authentic “so-cal” Mex flavor then you definitely found the right place. Oscar’s Taco Shop has a nice fusion of California cuisine blended with traditional Mexican food. Light, fresh, and delicious. The service at the Mt Juliet location was top tier and the dining room was super clean. I highly recommend!"

"Oscars taco shop is some of the most delicious Mexican food I have tasted in Mount Juliet. Speaking as a Mexican their food is very authentic. The decor is very bright and true to culture. The staff does a great job keeping the facilities clean."

"This is the perfect place for a very casual dining experience. It's a good atmosphere for families or a simple low-key date night. Just to grab something quick before you go to a movie or before you do something else. I recommend it for families. The food is always delicious. The service is good. They just bring it out to you. They have a few beers on tap and a little high top bar stool area which is cool in the back and the restaurant is clean and so are the bathrooms I have eaten at several different Oscars locations over the years and I'm starting to feel like that. They've become very proud of their food because their prices have gotten out of control to me. I still like going there but for the type of restaurant it is in a type of food. It is quick serve, quick cook. The prices are getting towards full service restaurant prices and I would just rather go to a full service restaurant for bed experience if I'm going to have to pay that much. Well overall I recommend it and just know for a family of four to five it's definitely going to be $50 or more If you're not getting kid meals and definitely if you get sodas."

"The first time I ate at Oscar's was in Nov of 2022. I was visiting My Juliet with my husband and we found it accidentally while doing a U-turn. We were hungry and kind of lost. It was the best lunch we had that entire visit. The tacos are flavorful with many choices of ingredients. They made sure they were gluten free but they tasted so good we had to ask to be sure! When visiting a friend with my daughter in April I was glad for another opportunity to grab some tacos. We had a variety and all of them were great."

"This Oscar’s is so lovely. The food is always fresh and delicious and the employees are friendly and helpful. On top of that it’s always immaculately cleaned, which I greatly appreciate. The dining experience is quaint and cozy and the art on the walls is unique and a beautiful touch. It even had a tiny little beer bar in the back. This location definitely makes you feel like you’re in a mom and pop place, very homey and family feeling. I usually get shrimp tacos or chicken quesadillas. Both are always excellent and larger than average portions. My partner gets the surf n turf burrito and he loves it. This Oscar’s is one of my favorite little spots. You won’t be disappointed!"
