"we placed an order aug 3rd, paid $299.06 in full for the order. was promised we would receive the order by our deadline of sept 19th & it is oct 8th now. the seller told us she would refund our order & hasn't. we still do not have the merch we paid for. she has stopped responding to all of our attempts & she refuses to communicate with the credit card company over the dispute. she says she shipped an order twice or made an order twice, but how does two orders go missing? she had every opportunity to come or meet us in person to deliver the order if there was an issue, as we are located 45min from her location. do BETTER. we do not recommend using her services"
