"The food is the best especially the burritos in the fajitas. I just want to say that I love the family atmosphere that’s there and I love how caring and friendly the staff is. I pretty much go there two or three times a month I just enjoyed the atmosphere. every time I come there, I think the guy is the owner, but it seem like we are related, he always greet me with a smile and catches up with me. "I've lived in LaVergne 5 years and really don't visit any other Mexican restaurant other than El Rodeo. Staff know us pretty well and always treat us great. Food is awesome when dining in. Only complaint: Their takeout is questionable and they use lower quality meats on them it seems."
"The customer service is horrible! Management argued with me about the price online being different than the price they charged. I advised they need to update the online prices he says they can't..and continued to want to argue about it. They WILL NEVRR GET ME OR MY FAMILY business ever again. I work to hard for my money to spend it with rude people. No apology was given and as I walked out, he said something very derogatory thinking that I didn't know Spanish. And I told him I heard him he says I wasn't talking to you..still bring argumentative."
"One of your owners or employees must've dumped dozens of your guests receipts and kitchen tickets in my yard as they drove by. Teach your employees not to litter. Took me forever picking them all up."
"My family and I absolutely love this place! The server named Maria has been our absolute favorite girl for over 15 years now, she is the nicest lady you'll ever meet! The food is also always great! The cheese dip here is my perfect one, nobody else's is quite right except El Rodeo. I adore the flan for dessert, the hard shell tacos are phenomenal and always the same every single time. The fajitas for one are more than enough for my mom and I to share - with leftovers!! Fresh and crispy chips that aren't overly salted, salsa that isn't overly spicy but with an option for salsa Verde that satisfies those that like more heat. My favorite meals currently are the Steak taco salad and the #19. I appreciate that they will sub cheese sauce for the typical red sauce over burritos, and they always bring me an extra dish of lemons and extra napkins. This is my go to restaurant, and the place I bring any friends that aren't local. I can't say enough good things about the staff and the food!"
